It's kind of a pain to add all the subreddits I subscribe to in Mailbrew, plus youtube channels and podcasts etc.

Instead of adding each channel/subreddit/podcast individually, it would be nice to just say "hey mailbrew, just tell me what I missed this week on reddit" and it would pull the top posts from all the subreddits I follow etc (and if I follow something new, mailbrew knows)
