Its broken for me too. With the Twitter login no longer working (as the new API pricing is just too expensive) there is no way for me to login anymore. Neither the login code is being sent nor password reset mails.

If the Twitter APIs are too expensive why not just charge your customers?
The lack of any communications from the development team is baffling.
